Locums Compass is an independent reference for practicing physicians — MDs and DOs — deciding which locum tenens agency to work with. It lists the staffing agencies operating in the United States and publishes what the work actually pays.
Independent, criteria-based listings
Listings are not for sale, and no placement, ranking or badge can be bought. Our disclosures page states how the site is funded and how conflicts are handled, and our listing standards define what each tier means.
Where the data comes from
Agency records are compiled from public sources and marked unverified until we confirm them. Rate ranges cite a named published source, or are labelled as an estimate. Physician-reported rates are held for moderation before anything is published — you can report a rate.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, we want to fix it. Agencies have a right of reply on their own profile, and anyone can contact us with a correction.
